A Timaru cancer sufferer convicted of possessing cannabis, which he says is for pain relief, has had sentencing delayed pending a psychiatric report.
Peter John Frances Davy, 51, had earlier admitted charges of possession of cannabis, cultivating cannabis, importing cannabis seed and unlicensed possession of a rifle.
