Allegations of trademark bullying have been levelled at Sanitarium.
A Christchurch shop selling British goods had a container of Weetabix seized at the docks by the cereal company for a week.
It was the second time in four years the Little Bit of Britain store had its goods detained.
Owner Lisa Wilson said Sanitarium will only release the Weetabix if the name is crossed out.

"It's not good enough," she said.
Lisa Wilson said they aren't willing to cross it out, and are prepared to go to court.
A Sanitarium spokesperson said the company is working with the importer to come up with a solution.
