A young woman's investment property has been trashed after the tenants threw a huge party that attracted about 200 teenagers.
Giselle Alliex, 25, was shocked to see her Heathridge home in Perth's north on a news report about the wild party, which was shut down by police.
Tenant Daniel Hopehelped his 16-year-old daughter host the party on Sunday, charging partygoers an entry fee to cover the costs of hiring a DJ, photographer and videographer.
Hope told 7 News he thought it was one of the best parties ever.

"The whole place was packed, yeah it was good, the lights were good."
But Alliex was not impressed that her first investment home, which she manages herself to save money, was trashed.
She told the Daily Mail that the tenants were ordered to vacate the property in November but she decided to be lenient after the family claimed they were strapped for cash.

"They insisted they wouldn't be able to find a home for Christmas," Alliex said.
"I just felt bad because I know they have three children so I thought if I extended out until after Christmas, then I would ask them to leave.
"But when I saw the DJ at the party and the photographer, I felt so sad."

She now wants to evict the family immediately.
Police officers arrived at Prince Regent Drive in Heathridge about 10pm on Sunday to find a large number of drunk and unruly youths outside and inside a home.
Bottles were thrown at police cars by a large group of youths who had gathered in the street and park nearby, prompting officers to close the party with the help of a police dog.

The first the property owner knew about the damage done to her property was when she saw it on a news report.
Two teenage boys were charged with failing to comply with an order to leave and another 16-year-old male was charged with possessing a prohibited drugs with intent to sell or supply.
Alliex said the Prince Regent Drive property was her first investment home and she was managing it on her own to save money.
"I was trying to save money given I am paying the mortgage by myself but this stress and headache is not worth it," she said.
"I need a fresh start with this house for 2017 and I will need to get a property manager on board."
Alliex said she is yet to know how much the damage has set her back but is determined to get a bailiff to evict the family immediately.
