Wedding bus crashes killing 37

A bus carrying a wedding party fell into a mountain gorge in northern India, killing 37 people and injuring 20 others - but the bride and groom were spared, a senior official in the area said.

The vehicle swerved to avoid another bus coming from the opposite direction, and plunged 45m into the gorge in Uttranchal Pradesh state.
