The footage, which was captured on the warden's body camera, has now been released by Kent Police.
The force has also released previously published still images of a man officers want to speak to.
Councillor Alan Horton of Swale Borough Council said: "Our civil enforcement officers have a crucial role in helping keep roads safe and traffic flowing.
And there is simply no excuse for violent behaviour against people who are simply doing their job.
"We will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse against our staff or contractors, and will press for criminal charges to be brought against offenders wherever possible.
"If anyone has any information about who carried out this attack, I urge them to get in touch with the police."
