A 3-year-old boy was found dead inside a hot car on the campus of the University of Southern Indiana on Tuesday after his father reportedly forgot to drop him off at daycare.
Vanderburgh County Sheriff's deputies said Oliver Dill was found unresponsive by his father, Dr Andrew Dill after hewas left in a hot car for several hours.

Deputies responded to the father's 911 call around 1.45pm Tuesday afternoon and attempted life-saving measures on Oliver, who was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said Dill, who is an assistant professor of accounting at USI, forgot to drop Oliver off at the Children's Learning Center on campus earlier that morning.
"We understand this will be inconvenient for parents who need childcare, but our thoughts right now are in supporting the individuals who are deeply affected by this tragedy and will need some time to process their grief to best support the children in their care.
"Our deepest condolences go out to the family of this young child. This is a loss no parent should bear.
"If you have a child in your life, please hug them tight and remember that counselling services are available if you need them."
Vanderburgh County Sheriff Dave Wedding said no arrests are being made at this time.
Authorities will submit the case file to the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's office for final review.
