Thatcher not one to admit defeat

ENGLAND - A frail but determined Lady Thatcher, former Conservative Prime Minister, is back home from hospital after being given a clean bill of health.

The 80-year-old has had a series of small strokes and was admitted on Wednesday.

Lord Bell, a close friend and former adviser, said: "I was told this morning that she was starting to be difficult, which is usually a very good sign that she is feeling fine."
