The clip shows the teen hovering over three other women who are sitting on an oval near Coogee Beach.
The women appear tobe engaging in a heated argument before the teen in the black bikini drags one of the other girls by her hand and viciously attacks her on the grass.

The footage, which was handed to The Daily Telegraph, was recorded by a concerned parent who described it as "sickening to watch".
"She can't be let to get away with this thinking she can just attack people and not have any consequence, and the young blokes egging her on should also be tracked down and charged with inciting the violence," the father told the publication.
