Sex case fails

A London City executive has lost her £4 million ($8.4 million) sex discrimination case against her former boss after an employment tribunal ruled she had not been a "persuasive" witness.

Jordan Wimmer, 29, had accused her boss Mark Lowe of hedge fund firm Nomos Capital of bringing escorts to meetings and discussing his sexual fantasies with her.
