Up to three people have been hit by a car in Lower Manhattan.
The crash happened at Broadway and Liberty Sts, near Zucotti Park about 1.20pm local time.
One of the victims may have been riding a bike, police say.
A car with a badly damaged front, is on thefootpath. Police and fire departments are at the scene and the driver of the vehicle is in custody.
