A Russian prostitute who killed a retired accountant in his £1 million home after he made "disgusting" sexual demands was jailed for three years yesterday.
Natalia Woolley, 38, flew into a rage after arguing with her client Winston Fernandez over what services she would provide.
The £600-a-night call girl thenrepeatedly kicked, punched and stamped on the 69-year-old before cutting the telephone lines and leaving him for dead. Mr Fernandez's body was found slumped against his bed in January, almost a month after he died.
Yesterday a jury at Guildford Crown Court cleared Woolley of murder, but found her guilty of manslaughter.
Woolley claimed she had acted in self-defence after Mr Fernandez locked her in his house, in Epsom, Surrey, and attacked her. Judge Christopher Critchlow condemned Woolley for leaving Mr Fernandez to die, but said he was quite satisfied he could be a difficult, awkward and obsessive man.
Mr Fernandez turned to drink and escort girls after the death of his wife, Joan, 12 years ago. Shortly before his death he locked another escort in his home and threatened to smash her phone with a hammer.
Woolley, of West Kensington, London, was registered with Diamond Escorts and 24 Carat Escorts and used the names Lenka and Alice to ply her trade. She is separated from her British husband and her daughter lives in Russia with her mother.
