Rob Ford has been caught in yet another embarrassing video.

The embattled Toronto mayor was filmed dancing to One Love during Christmas festivities in the council chamber.

He mopped his brow with a handkerchief while enthusiastically dancing with councillors.

Ford was stripped of most of his mayoral powers after police obtained a video of him smoking crack cocaine.

The 44-year-old was also filmed in an enraged rant where he threatened to murder an unknown enemy.

His dance comes days after pictures emerged of him clapping, singing and dancing bizarrely in front of a gospel congregation at the predominantly black West Toronto Church of God.

One churchgoer remarked that he "smells like ganja", the Daily Mail reported.
