Wicked Campers' use of obscene slogans has caused an uproar in Queensland where the premier has urged the public to boycott the campervan hire company.
Annastacia Palaszczuk wants people to stop using Wicked Campers until offensive and derogatory slogans are removed from their fleet.
Ms Palaszczuk called for the boycott
on Tuesday after Queensland's peak motoring body, the RACQ, urged the state government to crack down on the company for flouting advertising standards on the roads.
The premier said Attorney-General Yvette D'Ath would examine ways to stop Wicked's obscene slogans, but advertising breaches were a national issue.
She urged the public to take action in the first instance.
