Georgopoulos was five months pregnant with what has been described as a “miracle baby”.
Neighbours described her as “a very nice girl” and expressed shock at the murders.
The 34-year-old suspect, who was accompanied by two large dogs at the time of his arrest, was charged today over the crimes.
He can now be named as Ross Judd.
Judd was found at Westall Railway Station, 6km away from the scene, after an extensive search of the area by helicopter and police dog.
Police believe the double murder was targeted and that Judd was known to the residence.
Photos show spray-painted graffiti on the exterior of the home that reads “betrayal, unpredictable, inevitable” and “karma is not a menu” among other phrases.
One refers to veganism with the phrase “meat is murder”.
Several homes on the street remain cordoned off as police continue investigating the matter.
