In a clip that's doing the rounds, the First Lady and her billionaire fella are surrounded by the crowd on inauguration day - which fell just one day after their 12-year wedding anniversary.
Melania can be seen staring at her husband with a wide smile. But when he turns around, her entire face drops. The corners off her mouth droop to a grimace before she purses her lips. Her cheekbones fall and her eyes darken before they drop to the floor. A look washes over her face similar to the one when you almost throw up at Sunday brunch after a big night out. It's not relief - more just sour disappointment that you have no one specific to blame for your current situation.
When the clip first started getting shared online, there was speculation it must have been altered in some way - slowed down or reversed - to exaggerate the wonderful high of Melania's low. But it is indeed authentic.
