A man with a New Zealand accent threatened a Queensland adult store worker with a knife and demanded cash in a robbery overnight, police say.
Queensland police have launched an investigation after the robbery on Grand Plaza Drive in Brown Plains, south of Brisbane, about 9.10pm local time yesterday.
Theman with a knife demanded money from the till at the adult store. A woman worker complied and the man fled with a sum of cash.
Queensland police said no one was injured during the incident.
They have described the offender as a heavily-built man with a New Zealand accent, about 1.75m tall. He was wearing a balaclava and a dark jumper.
