Man survives 120m fall

A man who fell more than 120m after leaping off a New York apartment block survived after crashing feet first into a parked car.

Thomas Magill, 22, is said to be in a stable condition with two broken legs and a bruised lung. Witnesses said he was still conscious, screaming, "My leg, my leg," as he lay on the back seat of the car.

The aspiring actor and singer had leaped from the 39th floor and reached speeds of up to 200km/h.
