A US store is being sued by a man who claims staff ignored his cries for help after he was glued to a toilet.
Bob Dougherty, 57, of Nederland, said he felt "tremendous panic" after falling prey to the prank in a Colorado Home Depot store.
The lawsuit claims Doughertywas left helpless after the manager believed his calls were a "hoax". Finally, paramedics were called and Dougherty was wheeled out of the store on the toilet feeling "frightened and humiliated". The seat separated from his skin, leaving abrasions.
