On October 8, a visitor in her 60s died after suffering a medical episode in Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion in California.
On October 14, Summer Equitz, 31, died in an apparent suicide at the Disney Contemporary Resort in Florida.
A third death occurred at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground on October 21 when a man in his 60s suffered a fatal medical event.
Matthew Cohn, 28, died of an apparent suicide on October 23, also at the Contemporary Resort.
In November, another guest died after being hospitalised following a stay at Disney World’s Pop Century Resort.
Last week, a viral video also showed a Disney World employee being seriously injured after being pummelled to the ground by a stage prop during the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular! show.
The audience gasped as the staff member charged on stage to shield guests from a rolling “boulder” that had come loose from its track and was bouncing toward the audience.
The New York Daily News reported the employee was escorted from the theatre with a bloodied head and later hospitalised.
A Disney World spokesperson said last week the employee was recovering, but his current condition is not known, the Daily News said.
