Jonathan Ryan Davis gets probation for having sex with 14-year-old girl and drinking her blood in vampire sex game

A 22-year-old man has avoided jail after having sex with a 14-year-old girl and drinking her blood in a church stairwell in a twisted vampire role-playing game he learnt online.

Jonathan Ryan Davis was last week sentenced to 10 years' probation after pleading guilty to the disturbing December 2014 sex attack in the US city of Pittsburgh.

Police said Davis made his victim and two other young girls drink each other's blood in a game called Mabinogi he found online, WPXI reported.

He told police that after licking the blood, he called each girl his "bio-child" and said he would be their "dad" in the "cult-like" group he orchestrated.

"I'm sorry for everything, all the pain and suffering I had everyone go through in this case," Davis told Judge Richard McCormick Jr, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

In addition to probation, the judge barred Davis from using the internet for recreational purposes, drinking alcohol, going to clubs, looking at pornography and spending time with children unsupervised.

He will also spend two years under house arrest and must register as a sex offender for 25 years.

The Tribune-Review reported a juvenile court previously convicted Davis for impregnating a 12-year-old girl when he was 17. He now has a five-year-old child.

In court on Thursday, Assistant District Attorney Chris Flanigan said the probation he received in that case didn't seem to teach him a lesson.
