Indonesia's President has approved the extradition of a New Zealand man who has spent 20 months in a rat-infested Jakarta cell without charge.
Robert McNeice, 44, a dual citizen of Australia and New Zealand, was arrested in August 2008 at Australia's request.
He is accused of a $270,000
fraud in 2003.
At the time of his arrest, authorities told him he would have to wait about three months for extradition.
He has suffered dengue fever and malaria in jail.
