Hong Kong man's and hacked off in attack

A Hong Kong man bled to death after his hand was chopped off with a meat cleaver in a savage attack.

Fishmonger Siu Lap-fu, 58, was attacked with the beef knife in Tsuen Wan district as he sat in a crowded public park, police said.

The attacker chopped off Siu's hand and slashed his head, neck and stomach before putting the cleaver in a plastic bag and walking away in front of dozens of witnesses.
