Florida police are investigating a possible pipe bomb explosion.
Tampa police department officers, the bomb squad and ATF are also responding, Breaking911.com reports.
It said that police are "searching the neighbourhood and interviewing neighbours in an effort to determine where the device came from and who may have been involved."
#Traffic - Columbus Drive is closed to traffic between 9th St and 13th St. Please use alternate travel options as police conduct an investigation.
