British Deputy PM in disabled bay

A disabled campaigner was forced to struggle 40 metres to get to his destination after Britain's Deputy Prime Minister obstructed a disabled parking space with his Jaguar.

Wheelchair user Mark Baggley stopped at his favourite Chinese restaurant in Hull with a friend only to find one of the two disabled bays occupied and the other obstructed by a Jaguar without a badge.

Knowing John Prescott frequented the restaurant, Baggley parked his car in a normal space, of which there were many free, and was wheeled inside by his friend.

He then went up to Prescott and asked him to move his vehicle, which he did.
