British Airways strike off

A series of five-day strikes by British Airways cabin crew has been averted after the High Court in London granted an injunction just hours before they were due to start.

The airline succeeded in its legal action last night (NZ time) after successfully claiming that the cabin crew union's strike ballot failed to follow rules about notification.
