Border fence breached - by nature 

A storm that hit the San Diego also caused gaps to open up in a fence separating the US and Mexico. 

Controversy continues to surround immigration issues between the two countries.

The Mexican government has bitterly criticised a bill, approved by the US House of Representatives last month, which would make illegal entry a felony.

It would also involve the military and local police in stopping illegal immigrants and result in the construction of more border fences.
