Lamarre has previously attended court for her son’s pre-trial appearances.
Lamarre-Condon is accused of using his police firearm to kill Baird and Davies at a Paddington share house in Sydney’s inner east before placing their bodies in surfboard bags and taking them to a remote property in the NSW southern tablelands.
Lamarre-Condon was arrested in February 2024, four days after the bodies of Baird and Davies were found at a property near Goulburn.
He had been in a brief relationship with Baird, with police alleging the former officer exhibited a pattern of “predatory” behaviour in the lead-up to the alleged double homicide.
