A 6.4 magnitude earthquake shook Tonga just after noon today.
The quake was more than100km deep and occurred 84km north of the capital, Nuku'alofa, at 12.08pm today.
Around 81,000 people within 100km of the earthquake were exposed.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre said there was no danger of a
tsunami, RNZ reported.
