Two people have been taken to the Gold Coast Hospital in critical condition.
Another person has been flown to Brisbane's Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition.
Eleven of the 14 victims have minor injuries and are being taken to hospitals in Robina, the Gold Coast and Logan, the Department of Community Safety said.
The truck driver is among those hurt, but it's not known how badly he is injured.
A spokesman for the CareFlight helicopter said the victim taken to Brisbane's Princess Alexandra hospital was a 63-year-old woman, who had serious spinal and pelvic injuries.
She was a passenger in the minibus and had to be cut free.
