Chef - Full time position
Our chef is leaving and we need an experienced, enthusiastic and reliable person to head our kitchen operation.
This is a position that includes evening/night hours and weekends. Duties include overseeing the kitchen operations, general kitchen and cooking duties, stock control and ordering, co ordination of kitchen staff, and working with our management team on budgeting, pricing and menus.
