Ryan Gosling's Tagine
Ryan Gosling co-owns Moroccan restaurant Tagine in Beverly Hills. In his early acting days, Gosling so liked the food dished up at an event, he asked who the caterer was, insisting it was "food he would eat every day for the rest of his life". The chef was Ben Benameur. He and Gosling became friends and decided that Los Angeles was missing "a warm place where the food is made with love". So the hype goes... Unable to find such a place, Benameur and Gosling created Tagine.
Eva Longoria's Beso
Eva Longoria and celebrity chef Todd English's Beso in Hollywood offers a "Latin approach to classic steakhouse cuisine". It is also attached to the upstairs Estate room, which used to be called Kiss Night Club, when it was known more for its Exotic Adult Juice Bar than its food. Websites describe Beso as the place where "ultimate Hollywood A-list nightlife dances the night away from sounds by the hottest DJs".
