Triple tremble offers unreal fun

Longridge Park's farm near Te Puke offers white-water rafting, helicopter rides, jet boating and four-wheel self-driving. The 50ha farm has kiwi fruit, avocado, 2500 kauri trees and a deer herd. You can see stunning scenery on a jet-boat ride on the Kaituna River, or try white-water rafting, plunging over 15 drops that include the world's highest commercially rafted waterfall - 7m. For $250 you can take the Triple Tremble - white-water rafting, jet-boating and an aerobatic helicopter ride. Longridge Park opens daily and can be found at Paengaroa on State Highway 33, about 10 minutes south of Te Puke.
