Treble Cone upgrades ahead of winter ski season

Treble Cone is scheduled to open on June 19.

The largest ski area in the South Island, Treble Cone is in the Matukituki Valley, 28km west of Wanaka.

The field boasts 550ha of lift-accessed terrain, plenty of powder and groomed runs to suit all levels.

Upgrades include new grooming equipment, top rental gear and improved trail signage and safety.

A new restaurant and bar has spectacular views across Lake Wanaka. Treble Cone offers a number of flexible ski passes, with discounts for early purchases
