The people behind New York's last coolest bar, The Dead Rabbit, have just opened the city's next coolest bar, Blacktail. The bar and its cocktail menu are done in homage to American bars that moved to Cuba in the Prohibition years.

2. London

What to drink: A martini, of course — it was Neil Armstrong's first drink after he returned from the moon.

Where to drink it: Dukes Bar
