Spain on show in US

A Spanish art exhibit coming to Mississippi is being touted as one of the top cultural events in the United States next year.

The The Majesty of Spain exhibit, which will be on display from March 1 in Jackson, has been chosen the top US event by the American Bus Association.

King Juan Carlos I and his wife, Queen Sofia, are expected to attend the exhibition's opening. More than 600 pieces from Spanish museums will feature in the exhibit, which will cost $US10 million and be held at the Mississippi Arts Pavilion.
