Revelry in Russell

A cocktail party and special spring menus mark the beginning of Russell's Spring Festival on Friday, September 5. A monster garage sale will be held at the school, and a parade of floats, bikes, trikes, scooters and hats will leadup to a wheelbarrow race along York St. There is a poster competition for children under 13, and a wearable art event.
