Hire a car so you can quickly go from enjoying Dim Sum in Monterey Park to stand up paddle boarding with the locals in Marina Del Rey. Drive up the coast passing the Venice Beach boardwalk and the gates of the rich and famous in Beverly Hills. Finish the evening in West Hollywood where the party goes all night.
Eat

Stand
If you haven't seen the stars on the Hollywood walk of fame, you haven't really been to LA. Stand next to your favourite celeb's star, get your photo taken with Marilyn Monroe and then make your way up to Grauman's Chinese Theatre, where you can compare handprints and footprints of the rich and famous.
