The best holiday I've ever had was...

Trekking through the Upper Dolpo Valley in Nepal. Twenty-four days without a shower and it was still the most amazing thing I have ever done.

And the worst was... An accidental trip to Blackpool. Nothing redeeming about it.

With endless amounts of time and money I'm off to... A skiing adventure through the Northern Hemisphere - Kashmir, Utah, British Columbia, Alberta, Alaska.


My best travel advice is... Don't always take the easy option.

I never leave home without... Passport, iPod, some good books.
