Don't plan everything. Great stuff happens unexpectedly if you allow the opportunity. Also, don't be afraid to mingle with the locals, I believe that one of the most important things to learn on this planet is about people, culture and how others live. There is a wealth of knowledge and beauty to be learned from really immersing yourself in a different environment like that.
If we bump into you on holiday, what are you most likely to be doing?
I'll be off the beaten track, getting amongst local activities, food and events. The best things in life are free and you'll only find out what they are if you're not afraid to explore the true aspects of another culture. I always hope to meet interesting new people.
