John Britten memorial race meeting in Christchurch

The inaugural John Britten memorial race meeting is on this weekend at the Ruapuna Park Raceway in Christchurch.

New Zealand's top riders will compete at speeds of more than 250km/h during the Super Bike events.

A tent will be dedicated to Britten memorabilia, with Britten bikes on display.

Sunday is a family day with lots of entertainment for the kids. The race will be an annual event.
