What type of suitcase do you carry?

I have a brilliant little satchel. It's UDG brand if you must know

What's always in your hand luggage?

Nothing of any interest whatsoever. A jumper. A book that almost
immediately becomes heart achingly boring after take-off. That sort of thing.

Are you a planner or last minute packer?

I'm a planner but I certainly don't pack early.

What's the best thing you've brought back from a trip?

I brought a red bicycle back from Norway in June. That's been pretty handy round town.

Favourite or most exciting airport to land in?

I could say the strip at Ascension Island or the military runway on the
Falkland Islands but Wellington dicks them all with regards to an exciting ride in.

Best travel tip?

Cities are all the same. Get into the countryside or the wilderness. That's where the friendly people are.

Most memorable trip?

I just cycled back from Joe's house down Ponsonby Rd and nearly got killed three times.
