Hump hosts Celebrity Walk Week

Dust off your boots, grab your friends and head to the Tuatapere Hump Ridge Track in Southland for the Meridian Energy Celebrity Walk Week, November 17-21. The 43km track passes through spectacular scenery, including bush, beaches and sub-alpine terrain. Celebrities will join you on the guided three-day package, and each morning a helicopter will take bags to the next night's destination. At the end of a hard day's walk, chefs will cook up local food at the huts. The package costs $345, with all proceeds going to the Tuatapere Hump Ridge Track Trust.
