Despite the floods in Queensland, many accommodation providers have said they were not adversely affected. The five-star Elandra Mission Beach is offering two people a night's stay from $385, including three-course meals and a la carte breakfasts. The rate has been reduced from $450. Challenge yourself in Samoa to walk to the summit of Mt Vaea outside the town of Apia.
