Medina Executive Sydney Central has been transformed.
It was formerly the site of a post office and before that a lunatic asylum.
Refurbished for $A30 million ($37 million), it has 98 modern self-contained studios and one and two-bedroom apartments, plus New York-style one-bedroom lofts on the top floor.
