Napier inner-city will be full of festive fun for the inaugural Street Carnival on July 18, from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
The city will be decorated with imaginative flair and entertainment will include fire-eaters, jugglers, clowns and sword-swallowers, to name just a couple.
