Thousands of happy food-lovers will fill Hyde Park North for the massive Sydney Food & Wine Fair, which is held as the finale to the month-long Crave Sydney International Food Festival.

Said to be Sydney's largest and longest-running single-day food event, the fair celebrates its 21st birthday this year.

It supports the Aids Trust of Australia, with the who's who of Sydney's hospitality and beverage industries donating their products for sale.

A dazzling range of signature dishes, premium beverages and other taste sensations will be on offer, and there's a fantastic line-up of performers, who also donate their time and talent for the event.
