North America's diverse indigenous culture is explored and celebrated at this massive pow wow and festival.

Events and activities include music and performing arts, fashion shows, sports competitions, workshops, educational events and a marketplace offering aboriginal art, crafts and traditional food.

The highlights are three Pow Wow Grand Entries, where more than 1000 dancers in full regalia enter the dance circle to the beat of drums, creating a breathtaking scene of motion, colour and sound.

They're joined by aboriginal and non-aboriginal veterans, elders, and aboriginal members of the armed forces and police, adding to the emotion and pageantry of the occasion.
