The British Tourist Authority has published a map that pinpoints and describes 100 of the nation's best gardens, from the Scottish Highlands to the Channel Islands of Sark and Jersey.
Available in French, German, Japanese, Swedish, Italian, Danish, Dutch and English, the map is available for free from BTA offices.
Theauthority's website also includes a full list of horticultural events and itineraries to help travellers plan their visits.
