Cycle to work in Auckland tomorrow and you'll also be rewarded for your efforts with breakfast.
Bike to Work Breakfast is an Auckland City Council initiative that offers a free breakfast in Aotea Square between 6am and 9am, amid entertainment and spot prizes.
On Thursday, it's the children's turn, withan evening of cycling at Western Springs Park, Western Springs. On from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, the event will feature bike safety skills and activities with prizes.
