With more than 60 per cent of all New Zealand tourists bound for Australia, that country's tourist commission is continually feeding enticing holiday options into the minds of travellers through the internet.

Three thousand pages of information about Australia are available at Australian Media, specially designed to help the media compile interesting stories to entice New Zealanders across the Tasman for a closer look.

The site includes a vast array of photographs that can be downloaded, detailed maps, dates of festivals and other events, and information on key tourist markets.
